5.3. Once an order is placed through a third-party delivery service, any changes or cancellations must be made directly with the respective service provider.
5.4. Estimated delivery times are provided by the third-party delivery services and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Namo Restaurant is not responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5.6. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If there are any issues with your order, please contact the respective delivery service provider’s customer support for assistance.
5.7. For orders picked up directly from Namo Restaurant, please ensure you arrive at the designated pickup time. If you are unable to pick up your order at the specified time, please contact us as soon as possible.
